US Sec. of State Blinken: China is ‘complicated’ when it comes to relations

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Tuesday, China Is ‘complicated’ when it comes to relations.

He added that they are “not asking anyone to choose between China and the US.”

When asked about Russia to stop cyber-attacks, Blinken said, “if Russia continues with attacks, intrusions in politics, then ‘we will respond’.
