Coronavirus update US: Arizona cases increase by 2,525 to 170,798

The latest data published by Arizona's health department showed that the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the state rose by 2,525 to a total of 170,798 on Thursday, as reported by Reuters.

Further details of the report revealed that COVID-19-related fatalities rose by 172, highest daily increase since the pandemic started, to 3,626 and the current hospitalizations fell by 76 to 2,348.
