Canada: Employment increased by 39K from October to November - ADP

"Employment in Canada increased by 39,100 jobs from October to November according to the November ADP Canada National Employment Report," the ADP said on Thursday.

Ahu Yildirmaz, vice president and co-head of the ADP Research Institute said:

“The labour market bounced back in November.”

“Nearly all industries showed improved job growth with trade, transportation and utilities leading the way. On the other hand, information continued the slowdown we saw last month.”

Canada: Wholesale sales rose 1.0% to $63.8 billion in October

"Wholesale sales rose 1.0% to $63.8 billion in October, more than offsetting the 0.7% decline in September," Statistics Canada announced on Thursday.
