AUD/NZD attempts to rally above 1.0700

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/NZD recently reached a fresh weekly high at 1.0712 after rising on Tuesday for the second day in a row. Price once again found support above 1.0640 during the European session and then bounced sharply to the upside, erasing losses and climbing above 1.0700.

Early in Asia a weak Kiwi is pushing the pair to the upside, attempting to rally above 1.0700.

Technical perspective for the AUD/NZD

The pair holds a bullish tone in the short term, with upside momentum as it holds above 1.0700. Immediate resistance lies at 1.0740 (March 26 highs) and above here at 1.0780 (February 17). While to the downside, support levels might be located at 1.0690 and 1.0640 (March 27, April 1 lows).
