US official: exercises on the Korean peninsula WILL resume

There has been a flurry of headlines over the N.Korean gesture that had been raising hopes for peace on the Korean peninsula. 

South Korean president Moon Jae-in said the North was willing to meet with the US to discuss denuclearization and that while such talks continued, it would not test missiles. 

The latest headline comes from a U.S. official saying that military exercises on the Korean peninsula WILL resume despite North Korea's diplomatic efforts - BNO News.
