Canada: Retail Sales rise less than expected in April
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Canadian Retail Sales grew 0.1% in April after remaining unchanged the previous month, according to data released today by Statistics Canada. Consensus pointed to more increase of 0.3%.
Retail Sales excluding Autos dropped 0.3% in April, following a 0.3% decline also in March and below forecasts of a 0.1% fall.
